Refund Policy
At GR Designs LLC, our priority is to ensure client satisfaction throughout the entire project. For this reason, refunds are not offered once work has begun and is being executed properly according to the contract. Projects are structured in payment sections: each phase of the work is defined with an amount and a timeline, and as the agreed-upon stages are completed, the corresponding payment is requested. If the client disagrees with the delivered work or the progress of the project, they may communicate this in writing at any time. However, in that case, the contract will be considered canceled, and no previous payments will be refunded, nor will any obligation for future payments be generated. All work is carried out according to the defined sections, and any adjustments must be approved in advance. By accepting these terms, the client understands and agrees to this payment and cancellation policy.
